This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile app Stocks and Options Alerts (“the App”) handles information. The App provides market alerts, options signals, portfolio information, and related notifications for informational purposes only.
1. Information we process
- Device or other IDs — including Android ID / iOS identifier for vendor, and push notification tokens. Used to deliver alerts, manage free-trial / subscription eligibility, and operate subscription services (for example via RevenueCat and the app stores).
- Purchase and subscription data — processed by Apple App Store / Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage free trials, subscriptions, and restores.
- Optional settings you enter — such as an API URL and API key in Settings. These values are stored on your device so the App can connect to your personal alert server.
2. How we use information
We use the information above only to:
- Operate core App features (alerts, market trends, portfolio views)
- Send push notifications you enable
- Process, restore, and enforce subscriptions and trials
- Connect to the server URL you configure
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the App, including:
- Apple App Store and Google Play (billing and distribution)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple Push Notification service / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push)
4. Ads and advertising ID
The App does not contain ads and does not use the advertising identifier for advertising.
5. Data retention and deletion
Settings stored on your device can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. Subscription records are retained by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat according to their policies. To request deletion of device- or subscription-related records where applicable, email [email protected].
6. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
7. Financial disclaimer
The App provides market alerts and portfolio information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice and does not execute trades or hold customer funds.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
